Today is a busy day for office. We went to see a land of about 1.35 acre opposite of Ken Chong, selling at rm2.65million, but willing to negotiate provided his partner who resided in Australia is willing to reduce. The lease left 19 years, and Desmond has a feeling to negotiate down to rm2million.
Arrived at office at 10:30am, signed for few cheques, and later proceeded to discuss with GM, Agnes, Nelson and Caroline for GIS, GPS, and call centre. We later resolved to employ another technician, perhaps for 2 months contract, and identify 40 vehicles for GPS installation with a bargain price of rm90 per vehicle.
I also appointed Candy to take up the fixed assets management inclusive of maintenance, updating, and monitoring of the four components, ICT, vehicles, machinery and tools and furniture and fixtures. Candy will identify the functionality, ISO based processes and executable lists.
